Teams at Platform Aerospace

Maintains spare parts, assemblies, kits, BOMs, manufacturing orders, inventory records, and aircraft configuration data in Veryon. Builds and verifies spare kits, tracks serialized components, organizes physical inventory, supports factory acceptance testing, documents hazardous materials, and audits records for accuracy, traceability, and compliance. Collaborates with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams while supporting aircraft subcomponent installation and operational data integrity.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and optimizes embedded software for aerospace systems. Collaborates with hardware, systems, and project engineering teams on requirements, integration, documentation, code reviews, and system validation. Ensures compliance with aerospace standards such as DO-178C, contributes to process improvements, and supports testing activities that may require occasional travel.

Supports onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, employee records, offboarding, HRIS reconciliation, unemployment claims, reporting, and HR process improvement. Partners with hiring managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. Coordinates background screenings, security-clearance verifications, benefits enrollment, system updates, and recruitment-related logistics.
