Perform biochemical assays and data analysis to optimize nutrient use and biomass productivity in R&D cultivation ponds. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab- and R&D-scale ponds, support tech transfer to commercial scale, design and execute experiments to improve protein quality/quantity, and assist sensor placement and process-parameter trials linking lab, pilot, and commercial greenhouse work.

The Process Engineer will optimize production processes, lead technology transfers, and manage engineering projects in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on food production.
