Supports the Community Reinvestment Act program by reviewing, validating, compiling, and reporting CRA data; classifying CRA loans; maintaining reporting systems; and assessing community development activities. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, research, and compliance skills, along with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, conduct meetings, and participate in community events. Some travel may be required.

Leads the bank’s day-to-day compliance operations and supports the Compliance Officer in managing enterprise compliance risk. Oversees monitoring, complaint management, policy administration, regulatory changes, staff training, examination readiness, reporting, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. The role requires expertise in consumer lending regulations, regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance monitoring, along with leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Develops and oversees the bank’s information security program, ensuring protection of customer information, systems, and technology assets. Advises the Chief Risk Officer on cybersecurity risk and coordinates with IT, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, and business units. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, security frameworks, risk assessments, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, continuity planning, vendor risk, metrics, and security reporting.

Provides branch customer service by greeting customers, opening and processing deposit accounts, promoting bank products, answering inquiries, resolving account issues, supporting loan applications, managing safe deposit access, handling calls, and serving as a backup teller. Maintains transaction confidentiality, follows bank procedures, develops product knowledge, and supports team workflow and customer satisfaction.
