The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, prepares and explains financial reports, supports budgeting, forecasting, grant financial management, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, compliance, and financial reporting. The role partners with departments by providing financial guidance, analysis, and tools, while improving finance processes and monitoring organizational resources.

Manage day-to-day clinical laboratory operations to ensure accurate, timely testing that meets regulatory and quality standards. Lead and mentor lab staff, oversee equipment, supplies, budgets, and performance metrics, support CLIA inspections and proficiency testing, implement improvements, and partner across teams to support patient care.
