Owns operational performance of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 cloud services. Leads cloud engineers, governance, security, disaster recovery, incident and problem management, platform lifecycle, cost optimisation, infrastructure automation, landing zones, and production support. The role manages cloud operating models, stakeholder reporting, vendor relationships, compliance, platform engineering practices, and continual service improvement across enterprise managed services environments.

Performs penetration testing, secure configuration reviews, and technical security assessments across web, mobile, network, cloud, and application environments. Determines testing scope and acceptance criteria, executes security tests, analyzes results, and provides recommendations. Collaborates with development and operations teams, supports security training, and advises clients on improving their security posture. The role is customer-facing, varied, and may involve short-term travel or remote work.

Provide senior functional support and configuration across SAP Finance, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting. Troubleshoot production issues, support financial reporting, reconciliations, integrations, upgrades, testing, and regulatory updates. Provide senior functional support and configuration for SAP HCM and Australian Payroll across personnel administration, organizational management, time management, benefits, ESS/MSS, and payroll. Troubleshoot complex issues, maintain compliance, support enhancements, upgrades, testing, data migration, interfaces, and deployments. Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security, and SuccessFactors teams while driving automation and continuous improvement in managed-services environments.

Administer and secure business-critical SAP ECC environments, including monitoring, incident resolution, transports, user and role administration, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, refreshes, deployments, and change activities. The consultant maintains technical documentation, supports customer SLAs, and participates in a 24x7 on-call roster. Experience with SAP HANA, Solution Manager, cloud-hosted SAP, security audits, and segregation-of-duties controls is advantageous.

Provides Level 2 and 3 functional support and consulting across SAP Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Sales and Distribution. Responsibilities include SAP configuration, maintenance planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, equipment master data governance, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, releases, and process optimization. The role partners with maintenance, procurement, finance, and technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

Provides Level 2 and 3 support for SAP BW, BusinessObjects, enterprise reporting, ETL, and SAP integration services. The role develops data models, reports, dashboards, and integrations; troubleshoots data loads and reporting failures; performs root-cause analysis; optimizes platform performance; and supports upgrades, testing, disaster recovery, and modernization initiatives.

It requires coding expertise, familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, object-oriented programming, Git, Agile practices, and strong communication. Cloud and continuous integration or deployment experience are desirable.
