Develop and maintain pricing models, rate cards, templates, and cost models for IT service proposals, tenders, and renewals. Analyze profitability, margins, and commercial risks, provide recommendations, and support pricing governance and approvals. Collaborate with Sales, Bid, Delivery, and Finance teams while improving pricing processes through Excel, VBA, Power BI, Copilot, and other AI-enabled tools.

Designs secure, scalable cloud solutions by gathering requirements, developing architectures and technical specifications, leading design reviews, and aligning delivery teams. The role also supports pre-sales through proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, demonstrations, pricing models, statements of work, and bills of materials. Candidates need strong experience across Azure, AWS, OCI, cloud migration, infrastructure as code, operating systems, networking, virtualization, security, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Partners with senior leaders across NRI’s New Zealand business to provide people strategy, employee relations, employment law, organisational change, workforce planning and employee experience support. The role delivers commercially focused advice, manages complex employee relations matters, supports capability and performance initiatives, contributes to People & Culture programs, and uses people analytics to identify improvements aligned with business objectives.
