Manage IT managed-services delivery for client accounts, including operational reporting, service-level governance, incident/problem/change/continuity processes, service improvement plans, contract awareness, customer communication, and infrastructure maintenance coordination. Lead governance and process improvement across technical teams, coordinate data centre service requests and project-to-BAU handovers, support team performance, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Designs, develops, executes, and maintains automated tests and frameworks. The role supports automation-first strategies, test planning, API and BDD testing, quality engineering innovation, and documentation. It requires coding expertise, familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, object-oriented programming, Git, Agile practices, and strong communication. Cloud and continuous integration or deployment experience are desirable.
