Provides clerical office support, manages mail and packages, maintains confidential chain of custody, updates company records, communicates with internal teams, and keeps the workspace organized. The role is fully in-office in Rockville, Maryland, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.

Schedules depositions and legal proceedings, manages client communications, coordinates rooms and resources, enters detailed case information, resolves urgent issues, sends confirmations, performs quality control, documents standing orders, and supports virtual exhibit sharing. The role requires exceptional customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving while working remotely on a fixed evening schedule.
