Manage end-to-end transcription projects: receive and assess audio, assign and track transcribers, communicate with clients and reporters, monitor deadlines and inbox, enter job notes, perform transcription as needed, and improve workflows.

Edit, quality-check, format, certify, and finalize legal transcripts. Track deadlines, update production calendars and job notes in ReporterBase, coordinate with Production and Client Services, provide feedback to reporters and scopists, and pursue CET (AAERT) certification if needed.
