Lead Product and UX to define and deliver an AI-first B2B SaaS product for tradespeople across Europe. Own AI product strategy, reliability and evaluation, prioritisation across platform, AI and markets, and build outcome-oriented teams. Scale product and organisation across multiple countries, set operating models and decision rhythms, and co-own commercial outcomes with GTM.

Lead and improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle: HRIS administration, payroll inputs, contract management, and data quality. Build SOPs, automation and AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and self-service resources. Partner with stakeholders to scale international employment setups and drive continuous operational improvements.

Own and improve cross-functional GTM processes across the customer lifecycle. Design, implement, document, and govern scalable lifecycle stages, handoffs, SLAs, automations, and AI workflows. Monitor process performance, run audits and KPI reviews, lead multi-market rollouts across Europe, coach operations peers, and build the GTM Process Library as the single source of truth to drive conversion, retention, efficiency, and revenue.

Own the full sales cycle in Italy: convert leads, run demos, onboard and activate customers, maintain CRM hygiene, run outbound experiments, report metrics, and help build a scalable local sales playbook.

Own and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end (setup, execution, analysis, reporting). Run A/B tests, improve creatives and tracking, collaborate with Brand/Content/RevOps, and identify scalable growth opportunities using data-driven insights and modern automation/AI.

Lead and coach engineering teams while remaining hands-on at a Senior/Staff technical level. Drive architecture, code quality, reliability, developer experience, cross-team initiatives, hiring, and collaboration with Product and Design. Champion AI-enabled engineering workflows and tooling to improve productivity and ship scalable systems.
