Own end-to-end accounts receivable across European markets, including invoicing, cash allocation, Stripe reconciliation, collections, VAT checks, credit notes, write-offs, and month-end close. Investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate aging and documentation, manage ticket-based requests, and create scalable SOPs and controls. The role also improves and automates Finance workflows, supports international expansion, and collaborates with Finance and Customer Success.

Owns end-to-end group accounting across a European multi-entity organization, including month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, VAT, statutory compliance, and audit preparation. The role manages external accounting and tax providers, transitions activities in-house, maintains the group ledger, builds accounting processes and SOPs, and partners with FP&A and FinOps. It also focuses on automating recurring accounting workflows and improving controls in a high-growth scale-up environment.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing AI agents and workflows for trades businesses. Identify high-value customer problems, lead discovery through production, define AI evaluation and quality standards, monitor performance, and demonstrate measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success on technical trade-offs, adoption, monetization, and cross-team dependencies.

Lead Italy marketing as the first local hire: own local execution and budget, localize brand and content, run creator collaborations, social channels, events and community activations, collect customer stories and market insights, and coordinate closely with HQ Performance, Brand, Content, and Product teams to drive awareness and growth.

Lead Product and UX to define and deliver an AI-first B2B SaaS product for tradespeople across Europe. Own AI product strategy, reliability and evaluation, prioritisation across platform, AI and markets, and build outcome-oriented teams. Scale product and organisation across multiple countries, set operating models and decision rhythms, and co-own commercial outcomes with GTM.

Lead and improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle: HRIS administration, payroll inputs, contract management, and data quality. Build SOPs, automation and AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and self-service resources. Partner with stakeholders to scale international employment setups and drive continuous operational improvements.

Own the full sales cycle in Italy: convert leads, run demos, onboard and activate customers, maintain CRM hygiene, run outbound experiments, report metrics, and help build a scalable local sales playbook.
