Manage and maintain HRIS, process bi-weekly multi-state payroll via ADP WorkforceNow, perform audits, generate reports, ensure compliance, support onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and assist with commission calculations and year-end tax reporting.

Responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, managing showroom, and coordinating sales strategies. Conduct lead generation and support marketing efforts.
