Drive platform adoption, own renewals and expansion, present to C-suite, coordinate onboarding and technical implementation, advocate customer needs to product and engineering, and scale regional customer success practices.

Lead technical discovery, demos, solution design, proof-of-concepts, and implementation planning for enterprise media and retail media customers. Support sales cycles, respond to technical due diligence and security reviews, run workshops, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive successful enterprise outcomes and inform product roadmap.
