Lead a property team to drive day-to-day operations, guest/resident experience, and financial performance. Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce SOPs, safety, and compliance; manage scheduling, budgets, expense control, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing. Provide hands-on escalation support, execute people-related initiatives, and continuously improve operational standards to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Support Accounts Payable operations for assigned properties: code and process invoices, respond to vendor inquiries, key wires, download/process portal invoices, assist with 1099 preparation, and maintain accurate vendor records while working with senior AP team members.
