Owns go-to-market strategy, revenue, forecasting, and enterprise sales across Brivity’s SaaS portfolio. Personally closes strategic deals while recruiting, coaching, and developing sales managers and directors. Builds consultative, cross-sell, upsell, and enterprise motions; establishes quotas, territories, compensation plans, and pipeline cadences. Partners with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership to drive new business, expansion, retention, and revenue visibility.

Customer Support Representatives handle customer inquiries, providing solutions and expertise while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. They document issues, collaborate with teams for improvements, and maintain a customer-first approach.
