Manage and grow customer logistics accounts by coordinating shipments, negotiating pricing with customers and carriers, executing freight in a TMS, tracking deliveries, participating in bids/RFPs, and improving customer experience with market intelligence and tailored transportation solutions.

Lead and oversee all accounting functions including financial statement preparation, controls, reporting, audits, AP/purchasing oversight, system upkeep, staff management, and documentation of accounting processes to ensure accuracy and fiscal integrity.

Build pallets of varying sizes using new or recycled lumber, operate and maintain equipment, meet daily production targets, inspect and evaluate pallets to PLA standards, maintain a clean safe workspace, escalate issues, and collaborate with facility staff.

Inspect and audit wooden pallets to ensure they meet customer quality and grading standards. Sort and distribute pallets by grade, maintain accurate audit records, follow safety protocols, and repeatedly lift and move up to 75 lb pallets in a production environment.

Lead a small AP team handling high-volume invoice processing, vendor and property-related payments, month-end accruals/reconciliations, audits, and process improvements. Manage staffing, workflows, approvals, vendor data, and automation efforts while partnering with accounting, operations, and IT.

Assemble pallets from recycled or new lumber to meet daily production targets. Operate and maintain equipment, inspect pallets for quality against PLA standards, maintain a clean and safe workspace, escalate technical/process issues, and collaborate with facility staff.
