Lead daily operations at the Walmart distribution-site, managing 20+ employees to ensure efficient inventory flow, safety compliance, production reporting, customer communication, cost control, and process improvements in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Support accounts receivable/payable, process invoices, apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, manage billing systems and customer portals, prepare Excel reports, and maintain accurate accounting records while communicating with internal teams.
