Manage and grow customer logistics accounts by coordinating shipments, negotiating pricing with customers and carriers, executing freight in a TMS, tracking deliveries, participating in bids/RFPs, and improving customer experience with market intelligence and tailored transportation solutions.

Break down and inspect pallets on an assembly line, separating reusable components from damaged pieces. Operate and adjust saws and production equipment, meet daily production targets, maintain a clean safe workspace, and escalate technical or process issues. Work cooperatively with partners and follow safety and quality standards.

Manage workers' compensation and property casualty claims end-to-end: gather documentation, investigate incidents, communicate with employees (English/Spanish), providers, and adjusters, support injured workers, process claim invoices, and prepare weekly/monthly claims reports.

Lead a small AP team to manage invoice processing, vendor and property-related payments, month-end accruals/reconciliations, audit support, vendor maintenance, and drive AP process improvements and automation.

Lead and oversee all accounting functions including financial statement preparation, controls, reporting, audits, AP/purchasing oversight, system upkeep, staff management, and documentation of accounting processes to ensure accuracy and fiscal integrity.
