Work on Strategic Advisory deals for UK clients, performing financial analysis, valuation and modeling, industry research, due diligence, and preparing written materials. Support transaction execution including M&A, restructurings, divestitures, client meetings and contract negotiations while working closely with senior bankers.

Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions (Technology, Finance, Legal/Compliance, HR, Administrative). Source and screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, create job descriptions, manage offers and onboarding materials, report recruiting metrics, and assist with immigration/visa processes.
