Lead origination, due diligence and fundraising for European real estate funds, joint ventures and portfolio transactions. Work on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, spin-offs, rights issues, equity-linked, derivatives, private placements). Analyze capital structures, evaluate financing options, run ECM processes, facilitate diligence and investor/ counsel engagement, and support structuring and execution of financings across public and private markets.

Join PJT's International Finance team in London to support revenue recognition, treasury operations, liquidity/FX monitoring, intercompany settlements, and financial analytics. Assist month-end close, SOX compliance, forecasting, board packs, and finance transformation initiatives across international entities.

Support private equity fundraising by managing project logistics, drafting offering memoranda and marketing materials, coordinating roadshows and due diligence, completing LP questionnaires, conducting research and origination, and maintaining client and firm presentation materials for senior partners.

Lead execution of M&A, divestitures, and strategic advisory engagements for power, utilities and renewables clients. Perform valuation and quantitative modeling, financial analysis, due diligence, industry research, prepare client materials, and coordinate with senior management and junior staff. Participate in client meetings and negotiate transaction agreements.

Work on private capital secondaries transactions, supporting due diligence, valuation, structuring, client and process management, and investor engagement. Act as a deal team member across private equity, real estate, hedge fund and secondary advisory assignments, collaborating closely with senior bankers across PJT.

Provide restructuring and special situations advisory to distressed companies, sponsors, and creditor groups. Build financial models and valuations, analyze capital structures and credit documents, prepare presentations, manage deal processes, perform liquidity and liquidation analyses, facilitate due diligence, and work with senior leaders and junior team members on complex, time-sensitive transactions.

Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HR systems and reporting. Manage and mentor an HR operations team, drive process improvements, oversee HR compliance, audits, and expense forecasting, and partner with Finance and other HR functions to implement technology and change initiatives.

Lead origination and execution of complex restructuring and special situations transactions, advise stakeholders, develop strategies and business plans, evaluate investor returns, run client negotiations, and manage deal execution and junior staff throughout time-sensitive processes.

Serve as an Application & Data Product Manager driving product vision, roadmaps, and end-to-end delivery for data and business-facing applications. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, document data flows and processes, manage vendors, oversee development/testing/releases, handle BAU/enhancements, and deliver dashboards and analytics while ensuring risk mitigation, QA compliance, and stakeholder communication.
