Provides strategic advisory and investment banking support for power, utilities, and renewable energy clients. Responsibilities include evaluating mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, and other strategic alternatives; conducting due diligence, valuation, industry research, financial risk analysis, and quantitative modeling; preparing client materials; and participating in meetings, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Analyze financial markets, industries, companies, and investment opportunities for strategic advisory and M&A engagements. Perform valuation, financial risk assessment, benchmarking, quantitative modeling, and due diligence. Prepare written analyses for management and clients, and participate in client meetings, negotiations, and transaction-related sessions. The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
