Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, intercompany and consolidation checks, and 10-Q/10-K workpapers. Support SOX controls, external audits, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis in a fast-paced public company finance team.

Perform financial and strategic analyses, valuation and modelling, lead transaction execution (due diligence, negotiation, documentation), research industries, prepare client deliverables, participate in client meetings, and mentor junior staff across M&A, restructuring, and private capital transactions.

Support global corporate and partnership tax matters including ASC 740 tax provision preparation, forecasting tax expense and cash taxes, coordinating partner reporting and K-1s, working with outside advisors on compliance, documenting tax controls for SOX, managing indirect tax filings, researching technical accounting issues, and leading process improvement projects.
