Leads external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting policy, international reporting, GHG and climate disclosures, audit coordination, disclosure controls, SOX compliance, and reporting-process modernization. The role researches accounting standards, prepares technical memos, oversees XBRL tagging and broker-dealer reporting, and partners with auditors, senior leadership, and global finance teams.
