Associate in PJT Partners’ Strategic Advisory group, focused on Latin American transactions. Responsibilities include evaluating mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alternatives; performing valuation, financial modeling, market and industry research; supporting due diligence and transaction execution; preparing client materials; and participating in negotiations and senior-level client meetings. The role requires strong finance and accounting expertise, investment banking experience, Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency, and knowledge of Latin American companies and markets.

Lead infrastructure fund distribution for PJT Park Hill by advising clients, providing private markets product expertise, managing investor relationships, articulating investment strategies, and securing commitments. Collaborate with distribution, project management, and senior partner teams while maintaining detailed records, mentoring colleagues, and traveling extensively to develop and close client opportunities.

Manage employee personal securities account onboarding, offboarding, data-feed connections, account statement collection, and compliance records. Communicate trading disclosure obligations, produce management reports, maintain operating procedures, and respond to regulatory, audit, and testing requests. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, risk awareness, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
