Lead day-to-day operation and stakeholder management for the Generation Attribute Tracking System (GATS). Supervise hotline staff, coordinate software changes, develop documentation and training, perform data analysis and reporting, engage state regulators on renewable programs, and propose business solutions to support PJM market services for solar, wind, and storage.

The Sr. Engineer will conduct transmission expansion analysis, ensure compliance with NERC standards, and develop the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan while collaborating with team members and preparing reports for PJM management.

Design, analyze, and optimize PJM electricity market structures and rules. Lead complex studies, develop position papers and FERC filing support, engage stakeholders and legal, and manage cross-functional implementation to ensure reliable, efficient markets during the energy transition.

Monitor and analyze FERC and RTO filings and policy developments, research electricity markets and grid issues, assess regulatory impacts, prepare reports, recommendations, briefings, and support stakeholder engagement, hearings, and legal/regulatory proceedings.

Provide legal and regulatory support for PJM, lead filings and representation before FERC and state utility commissions, manage Law Department staff and outside counsel, develop policies to ensure compliance, advise executive leadership on market, planning, and operational legal matters, and oversee administrative and civil litigation.

Lead stakeholder process and engagement for PJM by managing committee structure, issues tracking, meeting logistics, training facilitators, and stakeholder outreach. Provide guidance to facilitation teams, support voting and issues resolution, and drive process improvements while leading a team and coordinating with senior leadership and subject-matter experts.

Lead PJM's federal advocacy: develop and execute federal policy strategy, engage Congress, DOE, White House and trade associations, coordinate internal positions, prepare briefings/testimony, and align advocacy with legal, regulatory, and operational priorities.

Senior leader who develops and executes PJM's state policy and governmental affairs strategy across the PJM footprint; advises executive leadership; leads engagement with governors, state commissions, energy offices, legislators, consumer advocates, and members; monitors state legislative and regulatory developments; coordinates cross-functional responses with Legal, Markets, Planning and Communications; manages and develops State Liaison and Policy staff; oversees budgets, workplans, and compliance to support reliable grid operations.

Lead market design work for PJM by analyzing electricity market trends, designing and optimizing market rules, developing position papers, and guiding FERC filings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to implement complex market design initiatives that ensure system reliability during the energy transition.

Lead FERC regulatory analysis and policy development for PJM. Monitor FERC proceedings, analyze orders and NOPRs, prepare filings and briefing materials, advise executives, manage regulatory tracking and stakeholder engagement, and supervise the Analyst, FERC. Support cross-functional teams on market, transmission, reliability, and decarbonization issues and represent PJM in regulatory and industry forums.

Coordinate and facilitate interconnection of generation and merchant transmission projects to the PJM system. Liaise with transmission owners, developers, and stakeholders; develop project work plans; manage schedules and milestones; produce interconnection studies and agreements; coordinate system reinforcement and promote improved project monitoring methods.

Lead engineering and software integration for generation interconnection projects. Develop and maintain analytical and automation tools, support integrations, automate documentation and invoicing, perform technical analysis, troubleshoot, and represent PJM with stakeholders to improve interconnection planning processes.

Coordinate interconnection of new generation and merchant transmission projects to the PJM system. Liaise with transmission owners, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs, schedules, work plans, and interconnection studies. Manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-division coordination to implement system reinforcements and construction activities.

Perform power system and dynamic stability analyses for interconnection requests; develop System Impact Study reports; evaluate and recommend transmission reinforcements; maintain power flow and dynamics models; manage projects and contractors; prepare technical reports and stakeholder communications; support PJM planning processes and represent PJM in industry groups.

The Engineer I (II) coordinates interconnections of generation and transmission projects, manages engineering activities, and develops project work plans while ensuring reliability of the PJM system.

The (Sr./Lead) Analyst/Engineer ensures compliance with PJM standards by analyzing power system data and preparing reports, contributing to operational performance and market analysis.

Serve as the single HR business partner for assigned client groups, providing coaching, employee relations, performance management, recruiting support, organizational development, change interventions, and first-line compensation/benefits support. Lead projects and organization-wide initiatives, partner with People Services and Total Rewards, and advise managers on talent, succession, and performance solutions.

Lead interconnection and reliability analyses for PJM queue projects, performing load flow, short-circuit, and dynamic stability studies. Assess transmission upgrades, develop system models, produce reports and recommendations, coordinate with stakeholders and transmission owners, manage consultants, and represent PJM on industry committees.
