The Sr. Engineer will conduct transmission expansion analysis, ensure compliance with NERC standards, and develop the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan while collaborating with team members and preparing reports for PJM management.

Design, analyze, and optimize PJM electricity market structures and rules. Lead complex studies, develop position papers and FERC filing support, engage stakeholders and legal, and manage cross-functional implementation to ensure reliable, efficient markets during the energy transition.

Provide O&M, integration, testing, operational event support, and training for real-time Energy Management Systems. Focus on network applications (state estimation, contingency, transfer and voltage stability analyses), coordinate with SCADA/AGC/modeling teams, act as SME in industry forums, support emergency operations and compliance activities, and improve EMS metrics and controls.
