Teams at Pjm Interconnection

Serve as the single HR business partner for assigned client groups, providing coaching, employee relations, performance management, recruiting support, organizational development, change interventions, and first-line compensation/benefits support. Lead projects and organization-wide initiatives, partner with People Services and Total Rewards, and advise managers on talent, succession, and performance solutions.

Design, install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot EMS routers and platforms for large-scale power grid management. Maintain ICCP communication configurations, monitor real-time data transfers and network communications, and schedule/perform failovers for WAN, UCS server infrastructure, and primary/backup sites.

Lead interconnection and reliability analyses for PJM queue projects, performing load flow, short-circuit, and dynamic stability studies. Assess transmission upgrades, develop system models, produce reports and recommendations, coordinate with stakeholders and transmission owners, manage consultants, and represent PJM on industry committees.
