Manages daily market participant collateral compliance, including collateral monitoring, calls, returns, reconciliations, documentation, exception resolution, reporting, and regulatory support. Analyzes exposures and trends, supports credit applications, responds to member inquiries, maintains policies and controls, and coordinates with Credit Risk, Treasury, Legal, IT, and other teams. Serves as subject matter expert and liaison for PJM’s credit and collateral management application.

Manages and maintains telecommunications assets, voice and data infrastructure, vendor contracts, service-level agreements, budgets, circuits, mobile devices, and telecommunication security practices. Evaluates and designs solutions, supports lifecycle management, audits compliance, assesses vendors, and provides technical guidance to internal customers. The role also requires documentation, customer support, onsite work each week, and participation in an on-call rotation within one hour of PJM.

Leads cross-divisional implementation of FERC regulatory orders, coordinating compliance, risk management, project schedules, stakeholder communication, evidence collection, metrics, change management, and deliverables. Develops scalable processes, monitors dependencies and risks, facilitates conflict resolution, supports affected teams, and ensures regulatory requirements are met on time. The role also oversees resources, mentors team members, conducts lessons learned, and drives continuous process improvement across PJM operations, markets, planning, and reliability functions.
