Perform assembly, rework, and refinishing tasks on trailers; organize and move materials and parts; use hand and power tools; prepare parts for next production steps; maintain clean, organized work areas; collaborate with production teams.

Direct and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving, P&L, budgeting, and safety. Lead and develop supervisors and staff, implement LEAN and preventative maintenance programs, control costs and assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to off-hours plant issues.

Support facility continuous improvement by assisting kaizen events, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining daily management/visual tools, facilitating 5S audits, performing standard work audits, and delivering basic CI training. Perform gemba walks, replenish CI supplies, and support Leader Standard Work after training.

Oversee plant quality department and staff (inspectors, team leaders); track and contain internal/external issues; perform RCA and corrective actions; ensure ISO9000 and standard work compliance; collaborate with engineers, lead training, audits, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities to meet product quality and customer expectations.

Perform production-line and material movement tasks in a manufacturing facility, follow safety and quality procedures, assemble items per supervisor instructions, maintain clean organized work area, lift up to 60 lbs, and work scheduled 10-hour shifts Monday through Saturday.
