Teams at PJ Trailers

Supports lean and continuous improvement activities across a facility, including kaizen events, 5S audits, standard work audits, visual management boards, data collection, and basic problem solving. Maintains CI supplies and Leader Standard Work after training, participates in Gemba walks, and helps facilitate training and team activities. Requires Microsoft Office skills, communication abilities, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to work on the production floor and lift up to 40 pounds.

Performs material movement, stacking, assembly, production-line, cleanup, and equipment-care tasks in a manufacturing facility. Follows safety, OSHA, quality, and operational procedures; works with team members to maximize productivity. Requires ability to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, lift up to 60 pounds consistently, read a tape measure, follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain reliable attendance and transportation.

Organizes and moves materials, products, and parts within trailers under construction. Assembles components according to specifications, performs rework and refinishing, prepares items for subsequent production steps, uses hand and power tools, and maintains clean production areas. Requires attention to detail, task organization, teamwork, communication, and the ability to lift and move materials. Relevant experience is preferred but not required.
