Designs and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts; coordinates product launches; analyzes BOMs and ECNs; leads continuous improvement, cost reduction, and training efforts on the shop floor.

Maintain physical and electronic document systems: invoice, file, retrieve, scan, and discard records. Support invoicing and sales documentation, assist audits and inventories, handle customer calls and emails, complete legal paperwork, and perform general administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Direct and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, shipping/receiving, P&L, budgeting, and safety. Lead and develop supervisors and staff, implement LEAN and preventative maintenance programs, control costs and assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to off-hours plant issues.
