Provides end-to-end technical support for global clients using Fluent Order Management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting post-implementation issues, resolving incidents within SLAs, automating monitoring, developing and testing enhancements, maintaining runbooks, analyzing operational trends, and communicating with client and IT stakeholders. The role requires rotational shifts and on-call support, along with hands-on experience in Java, GraphQL, REST APIs, Python, API testing, and CI/CD practices.

Leads enterprise MDM and PIM implementations by facilitating discovery, documenting requirements, designing data governance and migration strategies, configuring platforms, and managing UAT. Profiles legacy data, defines mappings and quality rules, maintains traceability, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, manages scope and defects, creates documentation, and trains client teams. The role requires rapidly mastering MDM platforms, using AI tools responsibly, and translating technical constraints into business terms.

Own ABM and demand generation programs targeting named accounts, from strategy and account tiering through multichannel campaign execution. Develop campaign copy, manage HubSpot workflows and attribution, coordinate BDR and sales outreach, use Clay for enrichment, and report on pipeline performance. The role requires data-driven optimization, agency management, and collaboration across marketing, sales, and external partners.
