Develops and executes marketing strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, content, brand programs, market research, and promotional events. Partners closely with sales and senior leadership to generate leads, support revenue growth, maintain consistent messaging, and measure marketing performance. Responsibilities include website and email marketing, social media, SEO, sales collateral, competitive research, CRM coordination, and trade show or customer event planning.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and optimizes enterprise IT infrastructure across networking, storage, virtualization, Windows Server, and Linux environments. Manages LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SAN/NAS systems, VMware ESXi, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, patching, security, and performance tuning. Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, automates administrative tasks with scripting, supports compliance efforts, and documents configurations and procedures while collaborating with developers, database administrators, and support teams.

Manages strategic OEM semiconductor accounts, driving revenue growth, design wins, customer retention, and business expansion. Develops account strategies, forecasts, pipelines, proposals, and commercial agreements while coordinating technical engagements with engineering, applications, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and marketing teams. Tracks customer development cycles, supports product evaluations and production ramps, resolves customer issues, monitors competitive trends, and communicates market feedback to influence product roadmaps.

Owns the lifecycle and roadmap for gas flow controller products, serving as the customer and technical product representative. Defines requirements, specifications, priorities, and configurations while coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, and Sales. Leads NPI, releases, revisions, field issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and global manufacturing changes. Tracks product performance, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction, supports technical sales activities, and travels domestically and internationally.

Creates and maintains complex multi-level engineering and manufacturing BOMs, part data, configurations, routings, and work orders across PLM and ERP systems. Translates customer and engineering requirements into buildable product structures, implements ECOs, validates data, and supports configure-to-order processes. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, Program Management, and global manufacturing sites to resolve configuration issues and maintain accurate product data.

Leads supplier quality for semiconductor fabrication equipment and high-precision components. Responsibilities include supplier qualification and development, QMS and manufacturing audits, RCA and CAPA, process capability improvement, source inspection, FAI, reliability and failure analysis, and quality oversight for machined components, PCB/PCBA, ICs, and semiconductor packaging. The role partners cross-functionally on NPI and design transfer, mentors engineers, manages supplier performance, and travels internationally 30–40%, primarily throughout Asia.

Leads complex semiconductor flow-control product development programs from inception through manufacturing transition. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, prototyping, testing, design validation, production readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, clients, and internal stakeholders. Requires strong mechanical engineering and mechatronics knowledge, technical project leadership, cross-functional communication, and proficiency with project management tools. Travel is less than 10%.

Maintains developer platforms and Linux infrastructure, including self-hosted GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, package repositories, Django applications, databases, and Dockerized services. Supports manufacturing systems, server and network operations, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and datacenter initiatives. Collaborates with IT, development, QA, and manufacturing teams to improve infrastructure resilience and automate deployments.

Develop and maintain automated and manual product test processes, including test plans, setups, reliability testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical reporting. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to improve testability, product reliability, and manufacturing transition. Maintain test documentation, optimize methods, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The role includes 10–20% travel for supplier audits and onsite support.

The Embedded Software Engineer designs, develops, and tests software interfacing with hardware. Key tasks include firmware development, performance optimization, and hardware-software integration using C and C++.
