The role requires strong analytical, spreadsheet, pricing, and deal-sizing skills, attention to detail, and composure under high volume.

Own day-to-day office operations for the Los Angeles workplace, including facilities, vendors, budget, supplies, onboarding logistics, asset tracking, AV, events, and first-line IT support. The role also builds lightweight systems such as FAQs and escalation paths, partners with IT and Security on equipment and access, and ensures a welcoming, organized, and well-functioning office.

Lead and build Pivotal Health's security program: set strategy, embed secure-by-design practices with engineering, own SOC 2/HIPAA compliance and audits, monitor threats, represent security to customers and auditors, drive companywide security culture, and define AI/LLM guardrails.

Sell Pivotal Health's reimbursement and IDR platform to hospitals and health systems across the Midwest.
