Architect ingestion, storage, transformations, governance, observability, and access patterns to enable analytics and ML. Drive platform strategy, reliability, compliance (PHI), and cross-functional initiatives to support clinical data modeling and downstream workloads.

Lead design and implementation of production data pipelines, warehouse models, and transformation frameworks. Ensure data quality, performance, and operational reliability. Integrate clinical sources, partner with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and optimize cost and query efficiency for analytics and evidence generation.

Lead and build a standalone State Arbitration/IDR function: set strategy and priorities across ~20 states, formalize filing workflows, recover misrouted claims, manage and scale the operations team, and partner with Data, Product, and Engineering to deliver automation and tooling while owning remittance advice and eligibility judgment logic.
