Own day-to-day office operations for the Los Angeles workplace, including facilities, vendors, budget, supplies, onboarding logistics, asset tracking, AV, events, and first-line IT support. The role also builds lightweight systems such as FAQs and escalation paths, partners with IT and Security on equipment and access, and ensures a welcoming, organized, and well-functioning office.

Build and own backend integrations, services, data pipelines, and APIs connecting healthcare systems, billing tools, and partner data sources. Develop React interfaces for integration monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting. Work with messy healthcare data, contribute to architecture, ensure reliability and maintainability, and collaborate autonomously with product, customers, and partners in an evolving startup environment.

Lead and build a new backend-focused Integrations team owning end-to-end connections to EHRs, billing systems, and partner APIs. Act as a player-coach: write code, drive delivery, participate in customer/partner discovery, partner with product, and establish team practices, hiring, and technical direction.
