Drive B2B, B2G and institutional sales within assigned territories. Develop and execute strategic corporate sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and pursue market expansion to meet revenue targets.

Manage cases, represent clients, ensure regulatory compliance, and work proactively with minimal supervision while supporting firm objectives and stakeholders.

Lead client-focused HR service delivery, drive business development, and manage HR execution teams. Use HR analytics and BI to design scalable processes, track KPIs, and deliver strategic HR solutions. Build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure high-quality project outcomes while fostering a high-performance team and reporting actionable insights to leadership.

Support implementation of value chain initiatives by engaging producers, processors, buyers and partners. Conduct market assessments, facilitate linkages, provide technical support and capacity building, monitor activities, and collect and analyze data to improve productivity, market access, and profitability.
