The Director of Digital Product at Pivot Bio oversees product strategy, prioritizes portfolio management, and leads cross-functional collaboration to enhance digital offerings for agriculture.

Provide regional leadership for agronomy by managing Commercial Agronomists, overseeing field trials, demonstrations, and seller training; translate agronomic data into sales actions and adoption plans; develop field data summaries and sales enablement; align with sales and distribution strategy; use digital and precision tools to evaluate product performance and support grower success.

Drive sales within an assigned agricultural territory by building relationships with growers and distribution partners. Develop business plans, analyze market trends, recruit and train sales representatives, manage territory operations including seed treater networks, and collaborate with agronomists to introduce products. Heavy fieldwork and travel required to meet sales targets and support customers.
