The Senior Cost Accountant manages manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, month-end close, and SOX controls. The role partners with Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and FP&A teams; supports audits, physical inventory counts, ERP implementation, reporting improvements, and process enhancements. Strong Excel and NetSuite experience are required, with cost accounting or manufacturing experience preferred. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

The Senior Cost Accountant manages manufacturing cost accounting and inventory processes, including variance analysis, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, inventory valuation, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. The role partners with Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and FP&A teams, supports ERP implementation, and participates in physical inventory counts. This is an in-office position in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with approximately quarterly overnight travel.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders, preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, delivering monthly budget-to-actual reporting, and translating financial and operational data into actionable insights. The role will also improve FP&A systems, dashboards, and processes while providing strategic support to corporate departments.
