Develops and maintains nursing department schedules based on census, PTO, leave, staffing needs, and actual hours worked. Posts schedules, processes shift trade requests, finds coverage for absences, reviews timecards, maintains attendance records, and escalates progressive-discipline thresholds. Coordinates nursing department orientation scheduling with unit managers and the Director of Nursing.
