Provides facility-level HR and payroll support, including recruitment, applicant screening, onboarding, employee file maintenance, benefits administration, payroll validation, credential tracking, compliance, and corrective-action documentation. Coordinates with department heads, HR leadership, payroll and HRIS vendors, legal entities, and regulatory agencies while maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring employment and licensing requirements are met.

Manages hospital referrals, census development, business development, and sales activities for an LTAC facility. Builds relationships with hospital staff, identifies clinically appropriate patients, coordinates admissions and transitions of care, conducts facility tours, supports marketing strategies, monitors competitors, and prepares activity and market reports. Provides feedback to referring providers and ensures referral and admission processes are smooth and effective.
