Greet patients and visitors, manage phone coverage, process intakes, handle cash collection and daily balancing, perform clerical tasks (filing, typing, mail, electronic records), schedule appointments, maintain reception area security and cleanliness, upload documents into EHR/EMR, coordinate with billing, and support supervisory team.

Provide nursing care to residents in a substance use disorder recovery facility: manage medications and charts, monitor detoxification and withdrawal, coordinate medical appointments, maintain records, assist with medical transportation, support therapeutic environment, and assist Director of Nursing with supplies and other duties.
