Provides front-desk and clerical support in an addiction treatment program. Welcomes patients and visitors, handles phone coverage, schedules appointments, processes intakes, uploads documents to the EMR, collects and balances cash, manages billing-related transactions, maintains files and reception areas, monitors visitor logs, coordinates with billing and supervisors, and completes required training.

Leads and manages nursing services for an addiction treatment program, overseeing nursing teams, medical care processes, training, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, health and safety, clinical meetings, and strategic planning. The role requires a BSN, an unencumbered Indiana RN license, management experience, and regional travel. Experience in chemical addiction or mental health treatment is preferred.

Assists the Director of Nursing with nursing department planning, staff orientation and training, scheduling, medical supply inventory, regulatory compliance, treatment-plan adherence, and survey readiness. Provides nursing coverage as needed, participates in treatment teams, supports policy compliance, and helps maintain state and CARF standards for substance use disorder treatment operations.
