Teams at Pinnacle Treatment Centers

Plan and execute community relations and marketing activities to build referral relationships and increase brand awareness for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Identify and pursue new referral partners, develop a contact/referral database, coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, and travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%).

Supervise clinical services in an addiction treatment setting: manage counseling staff, provide training, monitor clinical records for compliance, maintain CSAC accreditation, manage caseloads, and cover for absent counselors to ensure therapeutic routines and quality care.

Coordinate and implement discharge planning for patients in addiction treatment. Work with treatment teams and Utilization Review to schedule aftercare, maintain referral relationships, assess insurance/financial resources, document plans in the EHR, and ensure stable housing and community placement. Attend team meetings, complete trainings, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining referral source lists and completing final documentation within two working days of discharge.
