Provides direct nursing care to patients undergoing substance use disorder treatment and withdrawal. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, medical assessments, crisis de-escalation, accurate EHR documentation, professional boundary maintenance, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Requires an accredited nursing education, an unencumbered RN or LPN license, and BLS/CPR certification. Behavioral health, detoxification, or substance abuse treatment experience is preferred.

Manages the corporate compliance disclosure program, including complaints, inquiries, internal investigations, reporting, overpayment repayment documentation, compliance tracking, data analytics, and special projects. Works with the Director of Compliance to support daily compliance operations and produce periodic reports. Requires healthcare compliance experience, compliance certification eligibility, and travel up to 25%.

Provides nursing care to residents in an addiction treatment setting. Responsibilities include monitoring detoxification clients, responding to medical symptoms, maintaining medical records and medication charts, coordinating healthcare appointments, communicating with community medical personnel, assisting with client transportation, and supporting medical supply purchasing. Requires an in-state LPN license, independence, and compliance with MAT protocols.
