Leads the organization’s total rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, leave, recognition, HR technology, and workforce analytics. Develops job architecture, pay structures, incentive programs, benefits plans, pay equity processes, compliance controls, and executive reporting. Manages vendors, budgets, renewals, audits, and acquisition integration while leading the Total Rewards team. Partners with Finance, Operations, Legal, brokers, and executives to build scalable programs for a multi-state workforce.

Leads Pinnacle Live’s national talent acquisition and employer branding strategy across venue, technical, event production, sales, and corporate technology roles. Builds recruiting processes, workforce plans, sourcing pipelines, employer value propositions, candidate experience programs, recruiting technology, analytics, and vendor relationships. Manages the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, budget, compliance, and executive reporting while partnering with field leaders to support growth, new venues, acquisitions, and seasonal staffing needs.

Manages pre-planning, logistics, budgets, resource allocation, schedules, vendors, labor, and onsite execution for large-scale event productions. Collaborates with venue, rigging, power, and sales teams; trains show operators; develops production layouts using CAD; calculates power needs; manages internal and external labor; and serves as a production subject matter expert. The role requires extensive travel, occasional weekend work, and oversight of complex event projects.

Drives venue sales for audiovisual and event production services by qualifying leads, preparing scopes of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts, negotiating pricing, managing CRM activity, and developing sales strategies. Builds relationships with hotel sales teams and clients, supports site visits and event planning, coordinates with internal teams, ensures excellent customer experiences, and manages accurate event billing.

Leads HR strategy for nearly 900 venue-based employees across approximately 200 locations. Partners with executive operations leaders on workforce planning, staffing, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, compliance, accommodations, safety, retention, engagement, performance management, and people integration. Establishes consistent HR practices, analyzes workforce data, reduces turnover, and supports multi-state labor compliance. The role requires regular travel to venues and leadership events.

Supervise daily accounts payable operations for multiple locations, including invoice processing, payment setup, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, accruals, ledger accuracy, 1099 preparation, audits, and internal controls. Coordinate with purchasing, hotels, vendors, and the Controller to resolve issues and ensure timely payments. Lead a team of two and identify process improvements while maintaining compliance and financial accuracy.
