Provides clerical and administrative support to commercial services and branch operations. Requires knowledge of bank operations, particularly treasury management services, strong communication and organizational skills, accuracy, multitasking, and deadline management. A high school diploma or equivalent banking experience is required; computer software and bookkeeping experience is preferred.

Assists with agency accounting, generates reports using the management system, and processes accounts payable and receivable. The role requires accurate, organized work, customer and coworker communication, reliable attendance, and support for additional accounting duties. This is an in-office, Monday through Friday position with light physical demands.

Develops, supports, markets, and sells treasury management products and services for corporate and retail customers. Manages merchant portfolios, setups, pricing, growth, and customer relationships; assists commercial loan officers with prospects; researches and implements new products; manages departmental goals and budget; coordinates with branches, vendors, and customers; and may supervise a treasury management assistant. Travel between branches and customer locations is required.

Drive treasury revenue and deposit growth across assigned Colorado markets by prospecting for business clients, closing treasury management relationships, expanding product adoption, and serving as a consultative treasury advisor. Partner with commercial banking, onboarding, implementation, and support teams to deliver solutions for cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention needs. Manage sales pipelines, client presentations, community relationships, activity reporting, and market performance.

Directs the consumer lending function, overseeing underwriting policies, loan approvals, credit quality, pricing, regulatory compliance, lending systems, portfolio monitoring, audits, and policy exceptions. The role supports lenders with underwriting and collections, develops consumer lending products and application processes, maintains reporting systems, and trains staff. It requires independent judgment, collaboration with compliance and senior loan officers, and primarily on-site work.

Manages insurance client accounts and serves as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotes, issuing binders and endorsements, processing claims and loss notices, maintaining agency records, preparing certificates of insurance, assisting with renewals, and cross-selling insurance products. The role requires professional communication, accurate multitasking, regular office attendance, and a Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license.

Provides customer service and data-entry support through telephone, chat, and email. Sets up new customers, verifies documents and agreements, answers customer questions, follows banking policies, assists with departmental projects, and maintains accurate, timely work. Represents the bank in community organizations, participates in product pricing and marketing, serves on the loan committee, and maintains customer and industry relationships.

Supports business-client onboarding for online banking, ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention services. Troubleshoots technical issues, enters setup data, maintains compliance documentation, responds to client inquiries, and provides training. Assists Treasury Management Officers with cross-selling, proposals, RFPs, and presentations. Ensures adherence to BSA, KYC, audit, and banking requirements while contributing to process improvements and departmental projects.

Processes and corrects non-posted deposit and account items, reconciles accounts, reviews mobile deposits and exception reports, handles charge-backs and collection items, prints interest checks, and completes customer research requests. Provides customer service by phone, email, and in person while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple banking operations tasks.

Provides inbound customer service and technical support for online banking customers through phone, chat, and email. Resolves account, debit card, deposit, overdraft, and maintenance issues; investigates inquiries; verifies customer information; completes service requests; and educates customers about banking products and digital services. Requires accurate documentation, knowledge of banking procedures and regulations, reliable attendance, and flexible weekday and weekend availability.

Provides customer service and sales support at a bank branch, including opening and closing accounts, advising customers on banking products, cross-selling services, answering inquiries, resolving issues, handling checks and cash-related duties, and assisting branch management. Requires accurate, confidential, and professional service while maintaining knowledge of banking products, regulations, and procedures.

Processes lockbox payments by scanning, encoding, verifying, and posting transactions. Reconciles payments, deposits, and account balances; resolves discrepancies; onboards new customers and conducts annual reviews. Reviews returned mail, provides customer service, and maintains accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-speed banking environment.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, repayment capacity, collateral, industry conditions, and credit trends; prepares credit requests for lenders and loan committees. Conducts credit inquiries, reviews loan documents, supports loan-processing software users, monitors collateral reports and inspections, and participates in asset reviews while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Provide administrative and client-facing support for mortgage loan applications: answer calls, gather and review documentation, update CRM, coordinate with originators and processors, ensure timely disclosures, follow up on loan status, and perform general office duties.

Sells treasury management products and services to existing and prospective banking customers within an assigned territory. Demonstrates solutions, supports customer selection, develops prospects, makes joint lending calls, reports customer and competitive insights, and participates in trade shows. Installs and trains customers on treasury management equipment and access. Provides sales support for third-party merchant, payroll, and insurance services while maintaining product, market, and compliance knowledge.

Serve as first point of contact: greet clients, manage front desk, answer and route multi-line calls, support agents with scanning/filing/data entry, process payments, use agency management system (e.g., EPIC), handle mail and office supplies, and perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

The Insurance Producer is responsible for outside sales of insurance products, new business development, client risk assessment, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.
