Processes lockbox payments by scanning, encoding, verifying, and posting transactions. Reconciles payments, deposits, and account balances; resolves discrepancies; onboards new customers and conducts annual reviews. Reviews returned mail, provides customer service, and maintains accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-speed banking environment.

Oversees daily branch operations while assisting the operations manager with staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance reviews, customer service, account services, policy compliance, audits, reporting, budgeting, and promotion of banking products. Ensures employees meet branch goals and deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service to customers.
