Coordinate and support Pinkbox Doughnuts events and Siegel Cares outreach: manage setup, logistics, customer service, vendor and partner communication, inventory and paperwork, and administrative tasks. Travel locally and out of state and work flexible hours to deliver branded, safe, and engaging community activations and volunteer initiatives.

Create signature doughnut designs using proprietary icings, fillings, toppings and decorating techniques. Follow recipes, portion controls, safety and sanitation procedures; inspect products for quality; maintain inventory and display cases; stock and rotate items; perform additional shop support tasks as needed.

Prepare dough, batters, and fillings; accurately weigh and measure ingredients; cut, fry, bake, glaze, and finish doughnuts to Pinkbox standards; operate fryers and ovens; follow food safety, portion controls, and allergy procedures; maintain inventory awareness and kitchen cleanliness; support production flow and perform additional kitchen tasks as needed.

Maintain spotless back-of-house areas by sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment and prep areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and following safety and sanitation procedures to support shop operations.

Decorate and finish doughnuts to brand standards using proprietary icings, fillings, and toppings. Inspect products, follow recipes, portion controls, inventory and sanitation procedures, stock displays, and support shop operations during shifts including weekends and holidays.

Create and decorate signature doughnuts using proprietary icings, fillings, and toppings. Follow recipes, portion controls, and allergy procedures. Inspect and remove imperfect products, manage inventory, stock display cases, maintain sanitation and safety, and support shop operations as directed by management.

Maintain spotless back-of-house areas by sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment, restrooms, and prep/storage areas; remove trash; follow safety and sanitation procedures; support shop tasks as requested.

Prepare dough, batters, glazes, fillings, and fry or bake doughnuts to specification. Follow recipes and portion controls, track times/temperatures, maintain food safety and sanitation, monitor inventory, and assist with kitchen tasks during high-volume shifts.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of back-of-house areas: sweep, mop, clean equipment, restrooms, and prep areas; follow safety guidelines; handle trash and support shop operations during shifts.

Lead store operations to ensure product quality, customer service, staff training, cash handling, sanitation, safety, inventory and labor control. Coach employees, model company standards, and perform opening/closing and other tasks to run a fast-paced 24/7 doughnut shop.
