Teams at Pinkbox Doughnuts

Assists with managing doughnut shop operations, including sales, customer satisfaction, product quality, inventory, staffing, scheduling, training, marketing initiatives, and revenue growth. Ensures products remain fresh and meet quality standards while supporting a positive customer experience. Requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy, customer-facing food service environment.

Leads high-volume doughnut production, bakery and decorating teams, quality control, recipe adherence, sanitation, equipment cleaning, scheduling, labor and food-cost management. Supervises and coaches staff, manages inventory and ordering, ensures opening readiness, documents safety and production results, and reports issues to leadership. Requires overnight, weekend, and holiday availability in a hands-on bakery environment.

Provide administrative support for the commissary including timekeeping and payroll assistance, employee onboarding and coordination, procurement and inventory tracking, production report printing, invoice entry, and cross-department communication with purchasing, HR, and finance to ensure efficient commissary operations.
