Provide administrative support for the commissary including timekeeping and payroll assistance, employee onboarding and coordination, procurement and inventory tracking, production report printing, invoice entry, and cross-department communication with purchasing, HR, and finance to ensure efficient commissary operations.

Prepare and decorate doughnuts to brand standards using proprietary icings, fillings, and toppings; inspect quality, follow recipes, maintain inventory and sanitation, stock displays, and support shop operations.

Create and decorate signature doughnuts using proprietary icings, fillings, and toppings. Follow recipes, portion controls, and allergy procedures. Inspect and remove imperfect products, manage inventory, stock display cases, maintain sanitation and safety, and support shop operations as directed by management.
