Pinelake Church Benefits Overview

Provides technical support for church staff and ministries by installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting computers, servers, mobile devices, operating systems, and applications. Supports technology projects, system upgrades, change management, data integrity, procurement, end-user guidance, and solutions to technical issues. Requires strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.

Leads production ministry across multiple church campuses, establishing unified live-production standards, systems, procedures, and team culture. Supervises and develops production staff and campus directors, oversees weekend services and major church events, and supports recruiting, onboarding, discipleship, training, communication, and accountability. Partners with worship technology leadership on equipment needs and future growth while ensuring consistent, effective production execution across campuses.

Leads the church’s recruiting function by partnering with hiring managers, developing job descriptions and postings, attracting and screening candidates, managing recruiting processes and documentation, overseeing the recruiting platform and budget, and supporting intern and resident hiring. Promotes open positions, maintains staffing visibility, recommends candidates, improves hiring workflows, and supervises Recruiting Coordinators and an administrative assistant.
