Generate new business via outbound cold calling, email campaigns and prospecting. Qualify leads, prepare quotations, manage CRM records, support Area Sales Representatives, attend meetings/trade shows, and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Coordinate Testing and UAT for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation: document and map business processes, produce process maps, create and manage test plans/scripts in Azure DevOps, coordinate testing through UAT, track and triage defects, support user setup and data readiness, and act as central liaison between stakeholders to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation: maintain plans, trackers and RAID logs; manage communications; schedule and document meetings; update Azure DevOps and Microsoft toolkits; track actions and issues; prepare status reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead U.S. marketing and events efforts: plan and run trade shows, pop-ups, and sales events; create visuals and content with Adobe Creative Suite; manage WordPress updates, email and social campaigns; maintain product and CRM systems; coordinate vendors, showrooms, and CET platform; support sales with presentations and case studies.

Provide sales administration support: handle customer enquiries by phone and live chat, prepare customised quotes, maintain and cleanse CRM data, coordinate post-order and delivery queries, set meeting agendas and follow up actions, and resolve client issues to support the sales team.

Lead product compliance for global markets, managing certification, testing, audits, supplier compliance data, and documentation. Support design teams, sustainability initiatives, regulatory updates (EU/UK/USA), and certification processes (CE/CA/FDA). Drive compliance processes, testing budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead product development projects from concept to production, managing timelines, risks, stakeholders and resources. Drive commercial delivery, chair meetings, maintain documentation, report to senior leadership, and support costing, logistics and IP tracking.

Manage international import/export shipments including obtaining and comparing freight quotes, arranging UK and overseas deliveries, maintaining customs documentation, monitoring forwarder performance, liaising with purchasing, warehouse, suppliers and freight forwarders, and tracking transport costs for monthly management reporting.
