Coordinate testing and UAT for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation by documenting business processes and process maps, creating and managing test plans/scripts in Azure DevOps, scheduling and tracking test execution, triaging defects, supporting data readiness and user setup, and acting as central coordinator between stakeholders to ensure successful UAT completion.

Manage financial reporting and management accounting for group companies, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, control accounts, fixed assets, statutory accounts support, mentor finance staff, improve processes and support systems implementation, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate international import/export shipments by sea, air and road; obtain and negotiate freight quotes; prepare customs documentation and ensure compliance; monitor shipments and resolve delays; liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, purchasing and warehouse teams; analyse freight costs and produce monthly reports; maintain shipping records and provide team support.

Provide administrative support to the sales team: handle enquiries (phone, email, live chat), qualify leads, prepare quotations, maintain CRM and customer records, coordinate appointments and post-order administration, assist with after-sales issues and sales projects.

Lead product compliance across multiple categories for global markets. Maintain certification documentation, coordinate testing and audits, ensure chemical, packaging, timber and product marking compliance, support CE/CA/FDA processes, collect supplier compliance data, and drive sustainability and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
