Manage and grow customer relationships across an assigned region through face-to-face meetings, account planning, new business development, upselling, and renewals. Develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, negotiate agreements, close deals, and meet KPIs. The role requires frequent travel, client presentations, CRM usage, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support teams.

Coordinates special projects, furniture installations, white-glove services, repairs, site surveys, contractors, project reporting, quotes, and documentation. Supports warehouse operations, logistics, customer service, data entry, and cost management. The role requires occasional travel to client sites, heavy lifting, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.

Manage warranty claims, customer enquiries, repairs, collections, deliveries, and aftersales administration. Coordinate with internal teams and international sales offices, schedule repair work, report progress, and escalate recurring issues. Conduct physical product inspections, record defects, quarantine rejected items, communicate findings to suppliers, and support corrective actions, health and safety, and compliance activities. Occasional customer site visits and physical manual handling are required.
