Lead and supervise evening/night nursing staff to ensure quality long-term care. Oversee staffing, perform rounds, provide direct nursing care and medication administration, mentor staff, report changes in resident condition, and participate in on-call rotation and facility-wide collaboration to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead and assist group and one-on-one activities to keep residents socially engaged, build relationships through companionship and conversation, escort residents to activities, handle setup/cleanup and supplies, document participation and observations, communicate changes to nursing, and follow safety and infection-control policies.
