Lead frontline operations for mogul and processing areas, ensuring safe, efficient production from kitchen through shakeout. Manage staffing, drive safety/food-safety compliance (GMP, HACCP, SQF), monitor performance metrics (OEE, throughput), coordinate cross-functional teams, coach operators, and support continuous improvement to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Operate material-handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support high-volume confectionery production. Maintain continuous material flow, perform inventory control, follow GMP/food-safety and SOPs, support changeovers, and ensure safe operation of forklifts and related equipment while driving productivity and teamwork.

Lead QA, QC, and Laboratory functions to maintain food safety and quality compliance (SQF/HACCP/GMP). Develop and maintain food safety systems, train staff, manage audits, oversee corrective actions, vendor quality, and support R&D and production to ensure continuous, compliant manufacturing operations.

Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives at a confectionery manufacturing plant using Lean Six Sigma and TPM. Drive OEE and productivity projects, facilitate root cause analyses and CAPAs, develop SOPs and training, and build KPI dashboards and analytics to reduce waste, improve quality, and deliver cost savings.

Develop, scale up, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing snack products. Conduct trials, ensure GMP/HAACP compliance, collaborate with R&D, production, QA/QC and engineering, troubleshoot processes, collect and analyze data, and prepare process documentation.

Prepare, weigh, label, inventory, and track color and flavor solutions for production. Calibrate scales, monitor room conditions, maintain cleanliness and containers, input data into SAP, operate forklifts, and deliver materials to production according to schedule while following GMPs.

Lead plant operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, HPWS). Drive productivity, quality, cost, OEE, and digital manufacturing adoption (Redzone, SAP integration). Coach cross-functional teams, support food safety/GMP, lead RCA/CAPA, and supervise staff to deliver measurable savings and sustainable process improvements.
