Teams at PIM Brands, Inc.

Plans manufacturing production, materials, labor, equipment, and inventory to support continuous plant operations. Monitors material movement and consumption in SAP, maintains inventory levels, manages work-in-progress, recommends schedule changes, and supports production efficiency and KPI targets. Collaborates with Operations and Supply/Demand teams while ensuring material-handling accuracy, food safety, GMP, and workplace safety compliance.

Performs cost accounting, month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, utility billing, inventory reviews, and financial reporting. Supports audits, physical inventory counts, product and plant costing analysis, and assigned projects. The role also requires adherence to food safety and GMP requirements, monitoring plant-floor compliance, and occasional additional hours. This is an onsite position at a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.

Lead plant operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, HPWS). Drive productivity, quality, cost, OEE, and digital manufacturing adoption (Redzone, SAP integration). Coach cross-functional teams, support food safety/GMP, lead RCA/CAPA, and supervise staff to deliver measurable savings and sustainable process improvements.
