Process high volumes of vendor invoices: verify and code invoices, route electronically for approval, maintain bot reports and payment uploads, reconcile invoice discrepancies, ensure transaction verification and policy compliance, and respond to vendor inquiries as needed.

Provide advanced administration and support for PDI Enterprise ERP modules (AP/AR, GL, Fuel Inventory, Order Desk). Troubleshoot production issues, monitor interfaces and batches, perform data analysis and SSRS reporting, coordinate UAT and upgrades, maintain SOX-compliant incident/change processes, and document application artifacts and integrations.

Designs, delivers, and measures sales training programs for the Pilot Sales team. Conducts needs assessments, develops blended learning content, partners with SMEs, evaluates training effectiveness and ROI, updates content, and travels up to 25% to facilitate training.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including recording, verifying, reconciling and analyzing AR transactions; investigate payment variances and disputes; reconcile payment card accounts; work with Credit and Collections; prepare and record accounting transactions and reports; ensure compliance with policies and support cross-departmental inquiries.

Prepare and file state and local sales and use tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual); generate supporting reports; assist with audits; provide internal support for W-9s and exemption certificates; ensure compliance with policies and regulations; perform related accounting tasks and other duties as assigned.

Oversee all travel center locations in a region to drive profitable sales and P&L results. Provide operational support, recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and teams. Ensure excellent customer service culture, staffing, scheduling, and ongoing leadership across locations.

Provide daily market risk analysis and reporting for trading exposures, monitor positions versus risk limits, detect and report breaches, validate overnight data processes, analyze P&L drivers, produce ad hoc reports, and improve risk systems to support compliant trading operations.

Manage customer accounts and collections for over-the-road fuel accounts: collect past-due invoices, monitor receipts, activate/deactivate accounts, support customers and sales partners, analyze trends to limit credit exposure, assist cash application and reconciliation, and recommend automation.

Administer and enhance Oracle EPM for planning, forecasting, budgeting, and close reporting. Ensure data integrity, perform maintenance, support monthly close and budgeting cycles, troubleshoot issues, build reports using Narrative Reporting and Smart View, enable automation and integrations, provide end-user support and documentation, and participate in testing and upgrades.

Prepare, analyze, and deliver timely GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures; manage SOX controls; perform GAAP research; support external audits; collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury to improve reporting and processes.

Lead enterprise compliance strategy and program design, oversee compliance operations, risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, reporting, and third‑party risk management. Partner with Legal, Audit, ERM and business leaders, report to senior leadership and Board, drive data‑driven insights, training, and a strong ethics culture while developing the compliance team.
