Provides strategic legal counsel on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology transactions, and digital innovation. Drafts and negotiates SaaS, cloud, software, data-sharing, and vendor agreements; supports incident response and breach investigations; develops privacy governance programs; reviews new technologies and products; manages regulatory inquiries and audits; and advises executives and cross-functional teams on technology-related legal risks and compliance.

Leads the centralized instructional design team, overseeing people leadership, project portfolios, learning governance, instructional design quality, LMS operations, analytics, vendor relationships, and learning technology. Partners with business stakeholders to identify performance gaps, develop scalable learning strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives.

Partners with Legal, Operations, Fuel Supply, Retail, Tax, Finance, Sustainability, and Communications teams on policy impacts and implementation. Provides mentorship and supports strategic planning and special projects.

Investigates, evaluates, manages, negotiates, and resolves workers’ compensation claims, including medical care coordination, statutory benefit payments, documentation, reserves, litigation, settlements, and loss prevention. Maintains confidential PII and HIPAA-related information, collaborates with claims professionals and defense counsel, resolves conflicts, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Facilitates onboarding and sales training for new representatives, covering sales techniques, procedures, technology, and customer service. Leads interactive workshops and role-playing exercises, maintains training records, gathers participant and management feedback, and improves programs based on sales performance. Follows assigned curricula while supporting a positive, collaborative learning environment.

Prepare and file state and local sales and use tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual); generate supporting reports; assist with audits; provide internal support for W-9s and exemption certificates; ensure compliance with policies and regulations; perform related accounting tasks and other duties as assigned.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Corporate Investigations Team: intake, triage, case creation and tracking in Navex, manage team inboxes, coordinate with Legal/HR/business partners, organize documentation for investigations and regulatory requests, arrange travel/events, and maintain confidential records to support timely resolution of employee and guest concerns.

Oversee all travel center locations in a region to drive profitable sales and P&L results. Provide operational support, recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and teams. Ensure excellent customer service culture, staffing, scheduling, and ongoing leadership across locations.

Performs accounts receivable and routine accounting activities, including recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing financial reports, reviewing collections, identifying discrepancies or fraud, verifying data accuracy, and conducting cash-over-short reviews. The role also responds to external inquiries, maintains accounting records, and supports additional finance tasks as needed.

Provides complex administrative support to department management, coordinates administrative team members, manages deadlines, maintains databases and spreadsheets, prepares reports, schedules meetings and travel, reconciles expenses, coordinates events, records meeting notes, handles correspondence, and supports office equipment and visitor operations.

Serves as a senior technical contributor for CTRM, ETRM, commodity trading, risk management, credit, and retail pricing applications. Designs, develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and supports enterprise solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. Leads technical projects, translates business needs into system designs, troubleshoots production incidents, performs root cause analysis, supports vendors, and advances cloud adoption, DevOps, automation, CI/CD, secure coding, and platform reliability.

Manage customer accounts and collections for over-the-road fuel accounts: collect past-due invoices, monitor receipts, activate/deactivate accounts, support customers and sales partners, analyze trends to limit credit exposure, assist cash application and reconciliation, and recommend automation.

Provide daily market risk analysis and reporting for trading exposures, monitor positions versus risk limits, detect and report breaches, validate overnight data processes, analyze P&L drivers, produce ad hoc reports, and improve risk systems to support compliant trading operations.

Prepare, analyze, and deliver timely GAAP-compliant financial statements and disclosures; manage SOX controls; perform GAAP research; support external audits; collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury to improve reporting and processes.

Coordinates procurement requests, purchasing inboxes, vendor interactions, orders, store support, and ticket resolution. Supports virtual warehouse troubleshooting, new vendor setup, reporting, compliance, and vendor performance analysis. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.

Lead enterprise compliance strategy and program design, oversee compliance operations, risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, reporting, and third‑party risk management. Partner with Legal, Audit, ERM and business leaders, report to senior leadership and Board, drive data‑driven insights, training, and a strong ethics culture while developing the compliance team.

Supports companywide safety, business continuity, and security by analyzing incidents and trends, developing corrective action plans, coordinating emergency preparedness and training, maintaining regulatory compliance and response plans, producing safety communications and scorecards, and supporting audits, investigations, and continuity program development.

Lead executive and leadership development activities across the enterprise, overseeing a team and aligning programs with business goals.

Oversee job architecture, market pricing, pay structures, incentive and equity programs, benefits design, analytics, compliance, vendor/technology management, and partner with leadership to align Total Rewards to business objectives while building a high-performing team.
