Provide legal support for Pilot Energy by negotiating, drafting, and reviewing supply, transportation, vendor, customer, and confidentiality agreements; conduct initial redlines for transactions; lead ad hoc legal projects; develop form agreements, playbooks and contract lifecycle management; engage internal stakeholders; research regulatory issues; and oversee other analysts.

Lead prompt, impartial workplace investigations into employee relations, ethics, and policy violations. Conduct interviews, review records and evidence, prepare investigative reports, recommend corrective actions, partner with Legal and HR, maintain confidential records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Operate bottling machinery to fill, label, and pack DEF containers; move product with a forklift; perform quality checks, complete paperwork, report production and safety issues, and follow procedures.
