Provides strategic legal counsel on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, technology transactions, and digital innovation. Drafts and negotiates technology, cloud, software, data-sharing, and vendor agreements; supports incident response and breach investigations; develops privacy governance programs; reviews new technologies and products; manages regulatory matters; and advises executives and cross-functional teams on legal and technology risks.

Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, performance reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses. Partner with department leaders and senior executives to support strategic decisions, optimize costs, improve profitability, and monitor budget performance. The role also requires accurate reporting, financial systems knowledge, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Leads enterprise contract operations for the Legal department, overseeing CLM strategy, contract intake, lifecycle governance, repositories, templates, workflows, metadata, approvals, renewals, and compliance controls. Coordinates with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve contracting processes, system adoption, stakeholder experience, visibility, and operational performance. Directs change management, testing, training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
