The role develops B2B opportunities, activates referral and implementation partners, coordinates commercial support resources, manages CRM discipline, and builds repeatable revenue systems while reducing founder dependence. The first-year goal includes influencing ₦100–₦120 million in collected revenue.

Six-month paid graduate programme providing supervised training and practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax compliance, audit support, cloud accounting, digital tax systems, and accounting-system implementation. Trainees rotate across accounting, tax, audit support, and digital finance assignments, work with client documentation, and receive mentorship. Outstanding performers may be considered for permanent Associate employment.
