Job Description

Pillarcraft Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead growth, strategic partnerships and revenue development across Pillarcraft Accounting & Cloud Solutions, UsawaConnect, Pillarcraft Academy and Agbi Bayode & Co.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a structured commercial pipeline, developing productive partnerships and converting market opportunities into contracted and collected profitable revenue.

This is a senior business-development and revenue leadership position. It is not primarily a social-media or content-management role. A separate Content and Social Media Executive will support graphics, content production, publishing and campaign execution.

The role requires a commercially experienced individual who can work directly with senior decision-makers, independently develop opportunities and reduce the Group’s dependence on the Founder for routine prospecting, partnership development and commercial follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Group’s annual and quarterly growth, partnership and revenue plans.
  • Translate Group revenue objectives into practical targets for each business unit and revenue stream.
  • Build and maintain separate commercial pipelines for Pillarcraft and Agbi Bayode & Co. using Zoho CRM.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities.
  • Lead prospecting, discovery meetings, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations and commercial follow-up.
  • Generate new monthly outsourced-accounting, management-reporting and Virtual CFO engagements for Pillarcraft.
  • Grow UsawaConnect subscriptions across the Usawa Direct, Usawa Upload and Usawa Integrate plans.
  • Recruit and activate accounting firms, consultants and technology providers as UsawaConnect implementation and referral partners.
  • Generate opportunities for cloud-accounting implementation, system integration and managed support.
  • Originate suitable tax advisory, tax-defence, audit, assurance and financial-reporting opportunities for Agbi Bayode & Co., subject to applicable professional acceptance, Hockey and independence
    standards.
  • Develop productive relationships with professional bodies, accounting firms, banks, fintech companies, ERP and POS providers, consultants, business associations and institutional partners.
  • Organise monthly webinars, executive sessions and other market-engagement activitiesments that generate qualified actions and revenue.
  • Develop commercial opportunities for paid training, executive masterclasses, corporate programmes and partner certification through Pillarcraft Academy.
  • Coordinate the Content and Social Media Executive to ensure campaigns support defined strategic objectives.
  • Identify renewal, cross-selling and account-expansion opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Work with service-line leaders to develop appropriate scopes, pricing, proposals and delivery plans.
  • Ensure every proposals include clear deliverables, timelines, responsibilities,
    commercial terms and payment milestones.
  • Operate within approved approved pricing and discount limits and obtain senior approval for material exceptions.
  • Monitor commercial opportunities from initial contact through contracting, invoicing and collection.
  • Maintain a minimum qualified pipeline of three times the next 90-day revenue target.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline, partnership and collection reports.
  • Produce reliable monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor proposal conversion, sales-cycle length, recurring
    recurring revenue, partner productivity and client retention.
  • Analyse market conditions, customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Recommend improvements to service packaging, pricing, partnerships and market positioning.
  • Build and supervise additional sales or business-development resources as the Group expands.
First-Year Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Influence at least ₦100 million–₦120 million in new collected, profitable revenue.
  • Support the achievement of the Group’s 2027 target revenue.
  • Build qualified pipeline coverage of at least three times the next 90-day target.
  • Increase UsawaConnect paying customers and monthly recurring revenue.
  • Win new monthly outsourced-accounting and Virtual CFO engagements.
  • Grow cloud implementation and integration revenue.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of tax advisory, tax-defence, financial-reporting and suitable assurance opportunities.
  • Establish a productive network of implementation, referral and institutional partners.
  • Deliver at least one focused webinar or executive-engagement programme monthly.
  • Build a measurable commercial conversion process for Pillarcraft Academy.
  • Establish disciplined and reliable use of Zoho CRM across the commercial process.
  • Reduce the Group’s dependence on the Founder for everyday prospecting and commercial follow-up.


RequirementsExperience
  • Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience in business development, enterprise sales, commercial management, strategic partnerships or revenue growth.
  • At least three years in a senior commercial role with responsibility for significant revenue targets or a business portfolio.
  • Demonstrable record of personally originating, developing and closing substantial B2B opportunities.
  • Proven experience building partnerships that generated paying customers or measurable revenue.
  • Experience engaging CEOs, CFOs, finance directors, business owners and institutional decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, presentations, forecasts and management reports.
  • Practical experience using Zoho CRM or another established CRM platform.
  • Experience using webinars, conferences, executive events or thought leadership to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising commercial, sales, partnership or marketing-support resources.

Experience in one or more of the following industries will be a strong advantage:

Qualifications

  • Evidence of continuous professional development in enterprise sales, partnership management, SaaS, CRM or commercial leadership will be an advantage.
