Prepare turnkey proposals and cost estimates for commercial/industrial HVAC and controls projects. Perform field surveys, develop scopes of work, secure vendor/subcontractor pricing, and support sales reps. Manage projects as needed and track bookings, revenue, and activity for projects ranging from $1,000 to over $500,000.

Perform routine preventive and predictive HVAC maintenance (filters, belts, coil cleaning), lead on-site PM teams, maintain accurate service records, follow safety protocols, communicate with customers, and work independently using DST technology.

Identify and pursue commercial, industrial, and institutional customers for HVAC and facility services. Develop mechanical solutions, estimate and present proposals, manage vendor buy-outs, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships using consultative, ROI-focused selling and CRM/project tools.
