Manage the environmental, health, and safety program across five branches in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations, safety orientations, training, and coaching. Ensure employees, contractors, and subcontractors follow OSHA and company requirements. Review safety documentation, monitor critical tasks, support job hazard analyses, and implement corrective actions. The role requires construction safety expertise, extensive travel, strong communication, and certifications including OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR/AED.

Develops commercial, industrial, and institutional sales opportunities for HVAC, building automation, energy efficiency, and facilities services. Identifies target customers, consultatively sells conceptual mechanical solutions, estimates projects, presents ROI-based proposals, negotiates contracts, and manages customer relationships. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals and purchase orders, reviewing contracts, coordinating vendor and subcontractor buyouts, and leveraging Microsoft Project and Salesforce. The role requires strong HVAC technical knowledge, financial selling skills, organization, and teamwork.

Customer-facing role to identify, develop, and close HVAC, controls, and energy savings projects. Lead financial modeling, lifecycle cost analysis, utility incentive reviews, M&V oversight, and ESS tool development. Support capital planning, BAS modernization, team selling, and mentor energy staff to scale Energy & Sustainability Services.
