Teams at Piedmont Service Group

Own and improve core business systems (ERP, field service, reporting, integrations), lead a small Business Systems team, drive process improvements and root-cause fixes, support SQL/Power BI reporting, manage vendors, lead implementations and training, and serve as the bridge between operations, accounting, IT, and branch users.

Perform routine preventive and predictive HVAC maintenance (filters, belts, coil cleaning), lead on-site PM teams, maintain accurate service records, follow safety protocols, communicate with customers, and work independently using DST technology.

Identify and pursue commercial, industrial, and institutional customers for HVAC and facility services. Develop mechanical solutions, estimate and present proposals, manage vendor buy-outs, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer relationships using consultative, ROI-focused selling and CRM/project tools.
