Own end-to-end demand generation through content strategy, editorial planning, newsletters, webinars, executive thought leadership, earned media, lifecycle marketing, and brand building. Create and format digital language curriculum content for NFATC LMS; collaborate with COR/ACOR/GTM on SLS curriculum design; train staff on educational technology; ensure copyright compliance; manage editing workflows and provide regular status updates and briefings.

Develop and manage specialized language training programs and instructional materials for adult learners, mentor staff, lead training projects and workshops, implement innovative learning models (distance, multimedia, hybrid), and coordinate curriculum approval and status reporting within the School of Language Studies.
