Own end-to-end demand generation through content strategy, editorial planning, newsletters, webinars, executive thought leadership, earned media, lifecycle marketing, and brand building. Create and repurpose content across channels, manage HubSpot nurture programs, measure performance, support acquired brands, and build community relationships. The role partners with sales, executives, subject matter experts, and accessibility resources while developing scalable marketing systems for complex, regulated B2B audiences.

Provide accurate spoken interpretation between English and other languages in person, by video, or by phone. Responsibilities include sight translation, cultural brokering, confidentiality under HIPAA, and adherence to interpreter ethics and standards. Interpreters must maintain language fluency, medical terminology knowledge, transportation, required immunizations, Minnesota Department of Health roster status, and pass a background check.

Create and format digital language curriculum content for NFATC LMS; collaborate with COR/ACOR/GTM on SLS curriculum design; train staff on educational technology; ensure copyright compliance; manage editing workflows and provide regular status updates and briefings.
