Supports propane plant operations by cleaning, inspecting, servicing, and refilling propane tanks; loading and moving materials; dispensing fuel; assisting customers and orders; maintaining organized, safe work areas; and following PPE and safety procedures. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Oversee daily propane plant operations, including delivery scheduling, inventory control, fleet maintenance, safety inspections, regulatory compliance, customer service, and industrial account support. Lead and develop drivers, technicians, and support staff; coordinate service and maintenance activities; resolve customer issues; and maintain safe, efficient, reliable operations during routine and emergency conditions.

Develop commercial and industrial business across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico by prospecting new accounts, building territory pipelines, and selling propane, fuels, lubricants, equipment, generators, and fuel-management services. The representative manages customer relationships, maintains CRM records, evaluates operating needs, negotiates solutions, meets sales and margin goals, and travels extensively throughout the territory for customer visits and facility evaluations.

Coordinates purchasing, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, supplier and carrier relationships, transport deliveries, pricing reports, contract tracking, and supply chain analytics. The role supports propane and fuel product availability, inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement process improvements, and routing or dispatching of propane transports. It also identifies supply disruptions, reconciles bills of lading, monitors tank inventory, and provides market and pricing insights to support operations.
