Leads operations across three Florida locations, overseeing safety, delivery efficiency, fleet maintenance, inventory, supply chain, compliance, budgeting, profitability, reporting, customer service, and growth. Supervises local leaders and employees, supports recruiting and training, coordinates with sales, manages vendors and assets, responds to emergencies, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires regional travel, operational leadership, financial oversight, and propane or fuel industry experience.

Develop commercial and industrial business across West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico by prospecting new accounts, building territory pipelines, and selling propane, fuels, lubricants, equipment, generators, and fuel-management services. The representative manages customer relationships, maintains CRM records, evaluates operating needs, negotiates solutions, meets sales and margin goals, and travels extensively throughout the territory for customer visits and facility evaluations.
